Xrap

A top-down shooter I made over the summer of 2024, inspired by Nuclear Throne. 

Features:

• Procedural level generation
• Modular randomly generated guns
• Constantly draining player health
• Health recovery on killing enemies
• Lovingly handcrafted graphics

Controls:

• WASD: move around
• Mouse 1: fire equipped weapon
• Mouse 2: kick enemies, projectiles, and guns
• Scroll wheel: Switch between two carried weapons 
• E: pick up inspected weapon
• Q: Throw equipped weapon

Hint: Try kicking anything and everything that moves

This initial release is a gameplay beta to show my progress and hopefully gauge feedback.

The game currently only has one area type and two enemies, lacks music entirely, and only has one endless game mode. 

All of the above are deficiencies I will continue to work on in my free time, so please bear with me if you are interested.
